The 11-year-old Ster and Sport stallion Braggo S. owned by Katrina Routson of Terarossa Lodge has been designated for his Short Study in his home country of Australia.

The son of Jisse 433 was bred by Ellen van Slooten in Joure from the Kroon Preferente Sportmare Djura S. (Tsjerk 328 x Gaije 295).

He comes from line 102 and has five Preference mares in a row in the dam line.

A first for Australia

In 2013, Braggo S. made the crossing to Australia, where he was used as a foal book stallion with a breeding license.

In recent months, the Stallion Inspection Committee has been able to assess a number of Prix St.Georges tests by Braggo S. Based on those findings, the presentation in Australia and an assessment of the pedigree, the stallion was invited to the Short Examination.

This is a first for Australia!

Started immediately

The stallion started the investigation immediately, so that the jury members Harrie Draaijer and Wil Thijssen are present at the completion of the Short Examination.

Draaijer and Thijssen are currently on an inspection tour in Australia.
