Registering your Foal

The process to successfully register your foal takes several steps:

​

• The stallion owner completes a service certificate once the mare is served 

• Mare Owner/Breeder submits a Birth Notification form within 2 weeks of foaling

• Mare Owner/Breeder registers foal within 6 months of birth

• Mare Owner/Breeder must be a member of the AFHS/KFPS to complete registration
