How to Notify on the Death of a Horse
Upon the regretful death of a horse, the registration pape must be returned to the AFHS Registrar. Information regarding the cause of death would be appreciated as this helps maintain data and possible improvements changes etc.
The paper deposit money held will be refunded upon receipt of the papers for all horses registered after 1st August 2009
If you would like the cancelled papers returned, please advise the Registrar.
